This just popped on Ebay. This might be of interest to the Houdini bibliophile that must have every variation of a book. You know who you are. The item number is 220717460732.

Here’s the latest addition to the non-straight Houdini cards. Maybe someone is using a flexible tape measure to tune these cards up? What a shame.

Well, here is the third card from the seller. This one, like the others, seems that it suffers the Nip/Tuck Syndrome too. The first card sold for $278.00 today (nice number, eh?). I wonder what a complete, untrimmed card would sell for?

This hard-to-find Houdini title just turned up on Ebay. If you can get through the seller’s rather windy description, you should take a look. This is the item number, 170564565603.
The book looks in decent condition. It does have some condition problems, but that is common with this book. If you have any questions, asked the seller. I am not not the seller, just the purveyor of good news.
This book usually sells between $100-$300, depending on the condition. I would say this one is about in the middle of the spread. Good Luck!

Nip Tuck?
Has anyone been watching this card on Ebay? To me, it looks-like the worst trim job I have seen in a long time. That was until I saw the other Houdini cards the seller is going to try to sell. Just take a look at the back of this card.

Pretty wild, eh? Maybe he should have asked for a paper guillotine for Christmas?

Here is one the classic chapters in Houdini’s life. This is the deathbed scene with Houdini’s father telling Cecilia, his wife, that Harry would take care of her. Although, the promise to do so is left out, it is now Houdini lore. Please click on Houdini to see a better view of the article.

I guess Houdini and I go kicking and screaming into the 21st Century with this one. This is an app from the Jewish Museum for the current Houdini exhibit. (Gee, I miss my stuff) I don’t know what it does. I’m lucky I can post on this thing.
Here is the link if you want to see or buy it.
